Studio Policies & Re-opening Guidelines

Yogis, welcome back!  We are OPEN & safe. Please see the below policies in place. We can't wait to see you!

  • Limited Classes and Class Sizes

Class sizes will be limited to 17. We have markers on the floor for you to center your mat on to practice together while maintaining a safe distance. Each marker is at least 6 feet apart, and we have opened up our divider to enjoy the entire length of our studio space. No exceptions will be allowed for our max capacity of 17 or mat placement on markers. We recommend that you sign up for class online; we will also have a waitlist available should the class be full. You will not be charged if you are waitlisted.

  • Next Level Clean

Our studio has been sanitized from top to bottom. After every class, all surfaces, floors, desk, doors, and cubicles will be wiped with disinfectant proven to kill viruses. In addition, YOGAloft will perform a deep clean of the studio each week in addition to the cleaning measures before and after classes.

  • High Touch Items

Studio equipment will not be available for use; bolsters, blankets, straps, mats, or blocks. We will loan you a set of blocks upon request, but each student will be responsible for bringing these items and taking them after class. You must bring your own mat to practice. No hands-on assists will be provided during this time for the safety of our students and teachers.

  • Cancellation Policy

Spots are limited now more than ever, so you must cancel at least 24 hours before a class to receive a refund.

  • Checking In

We encourage you to sign up on our website or the Mindbody app to secure your spot and limit cash and card transactions in the studio. Please refrain from arriving prior to 10 minutes before class to allow the last class time to gather their things and leave the studio to maintain safe social distancing practices. We ask that you enter the studio on the right side of the stairwell and exit the studio on the left. Banisters will be cleaned after each class.

  • Social Distancing Class Practices

Our divider wall will be open for every class at this time. Each floor marker allows you to be at least 6 feet apart from each other so you can flow safely. Teachers will respect and practice social distancing in class, and pending class size may not roam the room.

  • Take good care of yourself

If you have a cough, fever, or flu-like symptoms, please do not come into the studio. If you've tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for a minimum of 14 days or until you have tested negative. Should you exhibit any signs or symptoms you will not be allowed to practice in the studio.

  • Limited person to person contact

As much as we have missed you, we must ask that for now, no hugs, handshakes, or high fives be given as this is the best way to take care of our Loft family.

  • Hydrate

Please bring water with you to class; our tea and water station will not be available at this time.

  • Masks

We ask that you wear your mask while entering and leaving our studio.

We know this may seem a bit overwhelming for now, but please know that all these steps are to keep you and our entire Yoga Loft family safe. So take a deep breath and know that you will find yourself back in the familiar place you know and love once you roll out your mat. We believe that now more than ever calls us to connect, share, & spread love and light through yoga. We can't wait to see you.
